Truth. I believe there is no truer statement for what I do. I have a love affair with the art, the light, the creativity and the soul captured. Here are a few other things I believe.....

people should adorn their walls with photographs of those they love.
in photographing babies and children in a classic and simplistic way that allows them to shine.
in deep, true and compelling black and white images.
in soulful stares.
in natural smiles and (pouts).
in color pallets that are slightly muted and not overbearing.
there are never enough photographs of your child, spouse, parents or friends.
we truly only photograph the things we want to remember.

A tiny bit about your photographer....

at 14 I begged a local photographer to let me hang out in his studio. I'll sweep the floors, water the plants, whatever, just let me be here! He did and it was one of the top gifts I have ever received.
I received my first "professional camera" at 16. I believe I was more excited about that than the car.
I'm a mother of three! It's crazy, it's hectic, our hands are full but our hearts are the fullest!
I love to travel. I currently have visited more foreign countries than US states! Trying to even those numbers out a bit.
My husband is my biggest critique and biggest fan all in one. Love him. He completes me...ok really enough of that.
Not working? You will find me planted along a river bank just watching my children be.
I enjoy wine, coffee and reading (in that order).
Law & Order marathons will steal my entire day.
I laugh big and love bigger.
Babies are my absolute weakness. "What do you want to do when you grow up?" Me- "Hold babies."
