Can I print my photos at a lab of my choice?
Yes! You may print the digital files that you have purchased at any consumer lab you choose. You also have access to professional quality prints, products and canvases within your gallery! All items purchased through our studio are guaranteed for quality and color. We also offer a disaster guarantee! As a service, your chosen images are automatically uploaded to our consumer lab of choice, Mpix. You will receive a link where you can login in and instantly order from their wide selection of quality prints and unique products!
Can I order just products of an image, without purchasing the digital file?
Of course! All of the editited images from your session will be loaded into your gallery. If there is an image that you would like a single print of, that's available. Simply click the image, buy and order individual prints or products from the attached menu. It is as simple as regular online shopping!
Do you have samples of the products?
The studio holds samples of all the products listed here, and a few other specialty items! We love to show them off and let you see the quality we talk about.
Why do the web/gallery images have your name on them?
In today's social media world, it is easy for anyone to steal an image off the internet and claim it as their own. I take a great amount of pride in the images I create and edit from your session and do not want them stolen or compromised in any way. My watermark is designed to be seen but not distract from the subject in the image. The photos you purchase will be free of all watermarks. I do provide you with a set of perfectly sized, watermarked versions for sharing online if you would like!
How long will it take to receive my products from you?
Most prints and products are available for pick up from the studio in 5-7 business days. Custom items and larger orders may take longer to process. All products order are placed within 48 hours of full payment.
